For the establishment and enforcement of the current contractual relations with you, our Company has your data, also acquired verbally, directly or through third parties. Those data are qualified as personal by the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
According to the law, this processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.
Pursuant to Article 13 of the GDPR 2016/679, therefore, we provide you with the following information:
The nature of the data processed: we process your personal data, fiscal and of an economic nature ones necessary for the performance of contractual relationships with your Company, both in place or future ones, and also to achieve effective management of business relationships.
The data are processed without your express consent (Article 24 letter a, b, c Privacy Code and Article 6 letter b, and GDPR), only and exclusively for the following Service Purposes: to fulfill the pre-contractual, contractual and tax obligations deriving from existing relations with you; to fulfill the obligations established by law, by a regulation, by community legislation or by an order of the Authority; to exercise the Data Controller’s rights, for example, the right to defense before a court.
We do not have your data qualified as special or of a judicial nature (Articles 9 and 10 of the GDPR).
Purpose and duration of the processing: your data are processed for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and also subsequently, for contractual requirements and related fulfillment of legal and fiscal obligations, and for an effective management of financial and commercial relationships, operations listed in art. 4 of the Privacy Code and art. 4 n. 2) GDPR.
The Data Controller will process the personal data for the time necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes and, in any case, for no more than 10 years as of the termination of the employment for the Service Purposes.
Processing methods: the processing will be carried out with manual and / or computerized and telematic tools with organizational and processing logics strictly related to the purposes and in any case so as to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of the data in compliance with the organizational, physical and logical measures provided for by the provisions in force.
Right or duty of data conferment: as regards all those data that are required to be known, in order to fulfill the obligations established by law, the failure to provide this information on your part implies the impossibility of establishing or continuing the relationship, since accessing to these details is necessary for the execution of the contract.
Scope of disclosure of your data: the following categories of subjects, as persons in charge or instructed of the processing, appointed by the undersigned Company which represents the Data Controller, may acquire your data: any director, statutory auditor, manager; internal secretarial offices; accounting and invoicing staff; employees in the marketing of services; agents and representatives
Communication and dissemination: your personal won’t be disseminated to other parties and won’t be made available for them to consult. Your data may be communicated to us, as far as their respective and specific competence is concerned, to Entities and in general to any public or private subject to which we are obliged to communicate them for an obligation (or right renowned by law or secondary or community legislation) or need for communication, or to our consultants, since accessing to these data is necessary to carry out their tasks at our organization, after receiving our letter of assignment that imposes a duty of confidentiality and security.

You have the right to obtain: a) the updating, the rectification or the integration of data; b) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; c) the confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or requires the use of means clearly disproportionate to the right that is to be protected. iv.
