1. Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs vary according to the type of shipping and destination (please see the table below). Your shipping costs will be automatically calculated at checkout.
We try to ship all orders within 24 hours (orders accepted before 12.00 will be shipped the same day). The expected shipping times are to be considered only as a guide and from the shipping date we are not responsible for any delays caused by couriers or payments.

 Important shipping information

• We are unable to redirect orders to a different address after shipping. So, please make sure to provide an address where you can be found at the time of delivery based on the specified delivery times;

• If the couriers do not find anyone at the indicated address, they will try to deliver the package three more times, leaving a sheet with instructions each time.

When do we ship?

Our Online Store ships in all countries with our couriers, deliveries from Monday to Friday during office hours. Our courier does not make deliveries during the pre-holidays and holidays.

Free shipping

European Union countries: Free shipping for orders over 190 euros.
Other countries: Free shipping for orders over 200 euros.
Sometimes, we launch free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order during checkout.
