General Conditions of Use and Sale

1. Scope of Application

This document contains the General Conditions of Use of the website www.pelletteriacharlotte.it (hereinafter, the “Conditions” and the “Site”), which regulate the sales relationships between Marchetti Srl , with headquarters in 25080 Manerba del Garda (BS) – Via Campagnola 52/B, VAT number and tax code 02671230981 (hereinafter, “Marchetti” or “Seller”), and all persons who visit or make a purchase through the Site (hereinafter, “Customer”).

The offer and sale of products on the Site are governed exclusively by these Conditions, formulated in compliance with the legislation on distance selling (Legislative Decree 206/2005 and subsequent amendments).

The Terms and Conditions may be updated or modified by Marchetti at any time, including due to regulatory changes, without prior notice. It is the Customer's responsibility to review them periodically.

Accessing and browsing the Site implies full knowledge and acceptance of the Terms. By accessing the Site, the Customer also declares that he or she is of legal age and will not use it for illicit purposes or those contrary to applicable law.

2. Conclusion of the Contract

To purchase one or more products, the Customer must complete the order form (hereinafter “Order”) in electronic format and send it electronically to the Seller , following the instructions on the Site.

The contract is deemed concluded when Marchetti receives the Order and verifies its accuracy. An order confirmation will be sent to the Customer via email within the timeframes required by law.

Submitted orders cannot be modified or blocked; it is the Customer's responsibility to verify their accuracy before confirming.

The Seller may refuse orders that are incomplete, incorrect, or unsolvable, or in the event of product unavailability, informing the Customer via email and refunding any amounts already paid.

3. Products Sold

The products offered for sale by Marchetti are high quality and subjected to careful checks.
The essential characteristics of each product are described in the dedicated page on the Site. The images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual products due to monitor or browser settings.

Prices are in euros, including VAT. Marchetti reserves the right to apply promotions or change price lists.
For orders equal to or greater than €150 in Italy and €200 in Europe , shipping costs are free.

4. Payment

Payment can only be made by credit card, PayPal, or Shopify Payments. The following cards are accepted:

  • Visa / Visa Electron

  • MasterCard

  • PostePay

  • American Express

Transactions are processed via encrypted protocol (Nexi Payments Spa). The data is not accessible to third parties nor stored by the Seller .

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped to the address indicated by the customer . Items may come from different warehouses, but shipping costs will only be applied once.

Partial deliveries are permitted, provided they are within the confirmed limits. In the event of unavailability of some of the goods, the Customer 's sole remedy is non-debit or refund of the relevant amount.

Delivery times

  • Italy: 3-5 working days (up to 7 for islands and remote areas).

  • Europe: 4-6 working days.

  • Non-EU countries: Varies based on destination and customs procedures.

Shipping costs

  • Italy: €10.00 for orders under €150.00. Free shipping for orders of €150.00 or more.

  • Europe: €10.00 for orders under €200.00. Free for orders of €200.00 or more.

  • Non-EU countries: Shipping costs vary based on destination and are automatically calculated at checkout.

The customer will receive shipping confirmation via email. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, any communication regarding delivery will take place directly between the customer and the courier.

Upon receipt, the Customer must verify that the package and the Charlotte logo labels have not been tampered with. If this is the case, they are required not to collect the package and to report it immediately using the form in the Contact section of the Website.

6. Discount Coupon

The Discount Coupon is occasionally offered by Marchetti . In some cases, the discount coupon is issued in the form of an alphanumeric promotional code to be entered on the order summary page. In other cases, it will be automatically applied to the first available order.
Discount codes can be used in various ways, including:

– Via Email as part of Direct Marketing Campaigns
– Social Marketing Campaigns

The amount of the Discount Coupon will be subtracted from the total amount of the order and will be displayed on the order summary page.
A Discount Coupon cannot be used to pay shipping costs for an order.
The amount and expiration date of the Discount Coupon, as well as the terms and conditions of use, will always be clearly indicated in the same way the alphanumeric code is communicated.

Discount codes must be used by their expiration date. After that date, the discount coupon will no longer be valid, and the holder will not be able to request a replacement with a longer-valid code.

The Discount Coupon can be used exclusively on the Site and cannot be used in stores owned by Marchetti Srl Likewise, vouchers issued for returns at points of sale cannot be used for purchases made on the Site.
Gift cards issued at retail outlets cannot be used for purchases made on the Site. Purchases of products using the Discount Coupon are subject to the Site's Terms and Conditions of Sale. Some promotions available on the Site may be subject to specific terms and conditions. Customers are encouraged to review them before making a purchase.

7. Content of the Site

Marchetti Srl intends to offer, through the pages of the Site, general information relating to its business. Although the information is constantly checked and updated by competent and specially selected personnel, it is understood that the content of the same, with respect to the subject matter covered, should not be considered exhaustive, complete, or otherwise correct. Therefore, users who intend to rely on the information provided on the Site must independently verify its accuracy.

In this regard, Marchetti Srl informs that the material contained in the Site is to be considered " on an as is basis ", that is, it may not be adequate and/or suitable for specific purposes and interests pursued by the person accessing its pages or it may contain elements that, if reused, could result in violations of intellectual property rights owned by third parties.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites. In such cases, hyperlinks are solely intended to facilitate user navigation and there is no connection between the content of the Site and that of the third-party site reached, which remains outside the scope of Marchetti's control.

8. Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights

All content on the Site is protected by applicable copyright and industrial and/or intellectual property laws. By way of example, but not limited to, Site content includes, among other things:

– The Films
– The Databases
– Graphs and Tables
– The Slogans
– Audio reproductions
– Animated drawings or not
– Any graphic and/or textual representation in general

It is therefore not possible to copy and/or reproduce the contents of the Site in whole or in part without the express written authorization of Marchetti .

At the same time, it is noted that all trademarks, domain names, company names, firms and signs present on the Site are owned by third-party companies or by Marchetti and therefore protected by the current legislation on distinctive signs.

9. Features of the Service

Marchetti, while adopting all the most innovative and cutting-edge technological solutions to ensure that the Site is constantly accessible and free from defects of any kind, warns that the Site may not be reachable and/or compatible with the computer systems used to access it, nor free from errors, viruses and/or other computer malfunctions.

10. Returns and Refunds

The Customer can request a return within 14 days of receiving the goods by sending an email to shop@pelletteriacharlotte.it and waiting for authorization with the relevant instructions.

Returns are only valid if the products are intact, unused, unwashed, and complete with tags, labels, packaging, and any original accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer , unless otherwise communicated by the Seller , and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt and inspection of the products, using the same payment method used for the order.

In case of products not compliant with the conditions, Marchetti will inform the Customer and will arrange for the return at his expense.

11. Warranty

The products are covered by a 24-month legal guarantee from delivery, for defects of conformity already present at the origin.

The Customer is entitled to free repair or replacement, unless the request is impossible or excessively costly. Marchetti will cover the costs of returning and shipping the replaced or repaired products.

The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
Any differences in the grain or color of the leather are natural characteristics of the material and do not constitute defects.
