You can place orders online at pelletteriacharlotte.it and receive them at the address you prefer. If you need assistance to complete a purchase, you can contact our Customer Care , who will help you with the online order. Alternatively, you can book an appointment and make your purchases in store with the assistance of one of our experts.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and also PostePay.
You can also finalize your order with the Paypal payment service
and Stripe.
Delivery is free for all orders in Italy starting from 100 euros of purchases.
We process orders every day. If the package has not been shipped yet, we can still modify the order.
Has your order already been shipped? You can now use the return procedure to return the product. Please contact our Customer Care as soon as possible.
You can request the return of the products within 14 days of
receipt of the goods. To start the return procedure send an email to shop@pelletteriacharlotte.it, You will receive detailed instructions by email.
The return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, unless otherwise communicated by the Seller. This amount will be deducted from the refund, if the return is confirmed.
The right of withdrawal must be exercised correctly by respecting the following conditions:
– The item has not been used or damaged during testing;
– The item has not been soiled or washed;
– The item retains all original charms, labels, tags and finishes;
– The article has not undergone any changes;
– The item must be returned in their original packaging and boxes
original, with all the original tags and accessories received.
Once the item has been delivered, the warehouse will carry out the necessary checks on the products and you will receive an email with the outcome of the checks.
The refund will be made within 30 working days from the date of receipt, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
Sign up to our newsletter by providing your email address and accepting the Privacy Policy in the dedicated section at the bottom of the website and stay updated on new collections, events and exclusive offers. On average we send a newsletter every 2 weeks. To unsubscribe from our newsletter, you can simply click on the relevant text at the bottom of any email.
All our products are covered by a 2-year warranty . During this period, Charlotte guarantees the repair or full refund of any defective product (according to our Conditions of Sale ). Each item will be examined by our Quality Service
to determine if it is repairable or if it is necessary to proceed with the return and refund. In case you would like to receive further information about your product, you can contact our Customer Care service.
